Chad Casto is the founder and CEO of DarkStar Intelligence, providing executive leadership and strategic direction for the company. He guides DarkStar’s growth, customer relationships, and mission focus while building an organization centered on people, tradecraft, and practical support to the national security community.

Chelsea Pierson serves as Chief Operating Officer of DarkStar Intelligence, helping translate the company’s strategy into effective day-to-day execution. She supports the people, processes, and operational coordination that keep the organization moving, with a focus on sustainable growth, strong internal operations, and consistent support to DarkStar’s customers and workforce.

Cass Walker-Leahy is a defense executive with more than two decades of experience supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. As Vice President of Defense Programs at DarkStar Intelligence, she brings deep experience in business development, capture management, proposal strategy, customer engagement, and the pursuit of complex federal opportunities. Cass focuses on building strong teams and partnerships, understanding mission requirements, and turning strategy into executable solutions that support customer outcomes and responsible company growth.

Maria Lineberry is an Intelligence Community executive focused on program execution, customer mission success, and strategic growth across national security markets. As Vice President of IC Programs at DarkStar Intelligence, she provides executive oversight of the company’s Intelligence Community portfolio while supporting business development and growth across current and emerging customers. Her experience spans federal program leadership, capture and proposal efforts, staffing, customer engagement, and cross-functional teams supporting intelligence, cybersecurity, training, engineering, and mission operations.

LaDonya Freeman is a strategic people and culture leader with nearly three decades of experience helping organizations strengthen teams, develop leaders, and navigate growth and transformation. As Director of Human Resources at DarkStar Intelligence, she brings experience across corporate, government contracting, entrepreneurial, and ministry environments. Her work focuses on building high-trust cultures, strengthening leadership capacity, and bringing clarity, accountability, and compassion to complex organizational challenges so that people can thrive while advancing the mission.

Allen Britt is a technology leader and problem solver with more than fifteen years of experience spanning military service, federal contracting, cybersecurity, and defense technology. As DarkStar Intelligence’s Director of Technology, he leads technology strategy and modernization efforts across artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, compliance, solution architecture, and emerging capabilities. His background includes service as a U.S. Army intelligence and avionics professional as well as roles in cybersecurity engineering, solutions architecture, and technology leadership. Allen focuses on applied AI, secure technology adoption, and solving difficult integration problems in support of the national security mission.

Joe Krebs brings nearly two decades of financial leadership, analysis, and operational experience to DarkStar Intelligence. A Certified Public Accountant, his background spans financial planning and analysis, corporate reporting, consulting, investment and portfolio analysis, and CFO-level leadership. At DarkStar, Joe oversees the financial systems and decisions behind the mission, including budgeting, pricing, payroll, forecasting, financial reporting, and tax-season requirements. He works across leadership and operations to help translate business priorities into sound financial plans, giving the company the visibility and discipline needed to manage growth and execute effectively. As the crew’s Purser, Joe keeps a steady watch on the resources behind every mission. He makes sure the numbers are understood, the risks are accounted for, and the organization is positioned for what comes next.

Danny Davis is a defense and intelligence leader with more than three decades of experience supporting complex missions across the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. At DarkStar Intelligence, he leads defense programs with a focus on mission execution, customer partnership, personnel performance, and delivering against demanding operational requirements. His career spans program management, intelligence tradecraft, instructional systems design, readiness, and mission support. Before joining industry, Danny served 15 years in the U.S. Air Force supporting sensitive reconnaissance operations, including leadership within the USINDOPACOM Joint Reconnaissance Center and oversight of thousands of joint airborne and seaborne reconnaissance missions. He later spent nearly 15 years leading intelligence training and professional development programs supporting INDOPACOM and other defense customers. Danny brings an operator's perspective to program leadership, connecting people, requirements, and mission objectives while keeping execution on course.
